Dear Neighbours,
We are pleased to confirm that Multiplex will assume responsibility as Principal Contractor for the next phase of works at 72 Upper Ground on Thursday 20th August 2026, following the completion of McGee’s works.
Our focus is on ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining progress while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and communication.
